Alexander McCobin is the founder and CEO of Liberty Ventures, a network for investors, executives, and entrepreneurs who are committed to the principles of capitalism to create value, generate wealth, and advance liberty together. 

Liberty Ventures has several principal lines of activity to do this, including:

1. Communicating the positive impact of capitalists and capitalism
2. Investing in startups led by principled business leaders
3. Developing leadership skills for executives at established companies
4. Supporting entrepreneurs begin their startups
5. Organizing events to bring leaders together
6. Activating business leaders to promote capitalism through a nonprofit, Principled Business

Prior to starting Liberty Ventures, Alexander was the CEO of Conscious Capitalism, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with the mission of elevating humanity through business, started by John Mackey, the founder of Whole Foods Market. Alexander was also the founder and president of Students For Liberty, scaling the largest international movement of young people committed to the principles of a free society. Alexander has a Master’s degree in philosophy from Georgetown University, as well as both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Pennsylvania.
