Rick Becker is a North Dakota state representative, first elected to office in 2012. He has been a staunch conservative and advocate of limited government and free markets.  He launched the Bastiat Caucus in 2013 – North Dakota’s version of a “freedom caucus”, and ran for Governor in 2016.  He is a father of 4, grandfather of 1, a plastic surgeon, businessman, traveler, and hunter.
