Chelsea Carroll is the co-founder of Uptown Cheapskate, a national franchise of resale clothing stores that operate more than 150 locations across the United States. She is a Forbes 30 under 30, Inc. Magazine’s 30 under 30, and the first female winner of the Entrepreneurs Organization’s Global Student Entrepreneur of The Year Award.

Through her work with Uptown Cheapskate, she’s helped other individuals become business owners through franchising. Uptown Cheapskate is the top retail franchise opportunity according to Entrepreneur magazine and has been ranked for 10 years straight on the Franchise 500.

Chelsea currently owns and operates a network of 25 Uptown Cheapskate and Kid to Kid franchise locations across seven states: managing teams to recycle clothing in their communities to benefit growing families. In her free time, she volunteers for the Utah Republican Party and various other organizations.

Chelsea lives in North Salt Lake with her husband and four young children.
