David Lu

David is a budget analyst with the City and County of Denver’s Budget and Management Office. He holds a Master of Public Administration from the Daniel J. Evans School of Public Policy and Governance at the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University. Previously, David worked for the State of Washington and interned with the Port of Seattle’s Aviation Finance and Budget division.

During his spare time, David volunteers for causes advancing economic liberty. A devoted UW football fan, he previously served on the student executive board of the Dawg Pack, the student section of UW athletics. David continues to be passionate about preserving home field advantage at his alma mater, the “Greatest Setting in College Football.”
