Jessica serves as General Counsel, Secretary of the Board, & Director of Litigation for the America First Policy Institute. Previously, she served as a senior official for the Trump Administration at the Department of Justice. She was appointed by the President as Director of the Office of Victims of Crime, where she oversaw nearly $9 billion (funding financed by convicted felons, not taxpayer dollars). Her office provided the largest federal funding to combat human trafficking. Before this, she served as an Intergovernmental and Public Liaison.
Additionally, Jessica served as Elections Committee Clerk & Counsel of the Texas House of Representatives and helped draft the election integrity law that the Democrats fled to Washington D.C. in protest. She previously was a senior staffer for Senator Ted Cruz, the Harris County Republican Party, and a commercial litigation attorney at Bracewell & Giuliani.
Jessica was elected as the 2024 Texas committeewoman on the RNC platform committee. She currently serves as the President of The Woodlands Republican Women and is on the Texas Federation of Republican Women’s board. She previously served as the President of the Houston Young Lawyers Association and the Chairman of the Houston Holocaust Museum’s Next Generation Leadership Board.
