Joseph Rubino

A fifth generation Wyomingite, Joe attended the University of Wyoming for both his undergraduate and law degree. He currently serves as the Chief Policy Officer and General Counsel to Wyoming Secretary of State Chuck Gray, regularly working in furtherance of common-sense, conservative legislation, administrative rules, and policies related to election integrity, securities enforcement, combatting business fraud, and promoting Wyoming’s core industries through pushing back against ESG investment strategies. Prior to his appointment to this role, Joe practiced law in Casper, Wyoming, representing clients in areas related to mineral interest and surface use rights, insurance defense, and civil litigation.
