Justin Ferira

Mr. Justin Ferira serves as the founder and CEO of The Seine Group, which invests in real estate acquisition and development deals.  Mr. Ferira previously served as an investment professional at The Baupost Group focused on real estate investments and joint ventures, also worked at McKinsey & Company.  He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, and was nominated for the Rhodes Scholarship.  He earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.  Mr. Ferira has guest lectured at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and served as an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate Finance at the College of Charleston.  Mr. Ferira is a Liberty Fellow in South Carolina and serves on non-profit and municipal boards related to entrepreneurship and economic development.
