Since his election in 2022, State Representative Kyle Pierce has built a record of legislative achievement focused on lowering taxes, improving healthcare transparency, and strengthening government accountability. He supported one of Indiana’s largest tax cut packages—saving Hoosiers an estimated $430 million—and backed $1.3 billion in property tax relief for homeowners. Pierce co-authored legislation creating the Health Care Cost Oversight Task Force to reduce hospital costs and has served for three years on the Government Reform Task Force. He also champions reforms to make government more transparent and efficient for taxpayers.

Pierce was named a 2024 Policy Champion by the American Legislative Exchange Council for protecting Hoosiers from the implementation of a Central Bank Digital Currency. The Madison County Chamber honored him as a “20 under 40” awardee, and the Indiana Parkinson’s community presented him with a 2025 STAR Award for his advocacy on behalf of those impacted by Parkinson’s Disease.
