Michael Way is an education executive and conservative advocate, and incoming legislator for District 15, dedicated to advancing free-market principles and responsible governance. As Division President of Business Development at Charter One, he oversees the establishment of charter schools from inception to operational launch, fostering strategic growth and compliance while engaging with local communities and state bodies to build sustainable, high-quality schools.

Additionally, he co-founded Denali Law, a multi-state firm focused on Education Law, Estate Planning, and Property Law. His work in law and business has given him a practical perspective on policies that uphold economic freedom and property rights. Michael is currently pursuing an MSc in Educational Assessment from the University of Oxford refining his expertise in educational policy and assessment to advance effective practices in education.
