Rachel Rodriguez-Williams

Wyoming

Rachel was elected to serve in the Wyoming Legislature for House District 50 in 2020. She is currently serving her third two-year term. Rachel serves as  Chairman of the Wyoming House Labor, Health, and Social Services Committee . She also serves on the Management Audit Committee and Rules and Procedures Committee.

She is a member of the House Republican Caucus, the Chairman of the Wyoming Freedom Caucus, and a member of the Susan B. Anthony Prolife Women’s Caucus. Rachel was the prime sponsor and champion of the 2023 “Life is a Human Right” Act and the 2022 HB0092, the Wyoming abortion “trigger law.”

Rachel is a retired law enforcement officer and earned a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice. She has served as a Park County GOP Precinct Committeewoman, from 2019 – Present. She has also served on the board of Park County Republican Women as a past President. She is a graduate of the Park County Leadership Institute, Class XII. Rachel is happiest with her husband, Chris, and their two children.
