Randan Steinhauser

Randan Steinhauser is the founding partner of Steinhauser Strategies, a full-service public relations and communications firm based in Austin, Texas. Over the last 15 years, Randan has worked in more than 30 states on political and issue advocacy campaigns dedicated to advancing meaningful public policy.

While in Washington, D.C., Randan worked on Capitol Hill for former Senator Jim DeMint. She later worked for U.S. Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos while serving as National Outreach Director for The American Federation for Children.

In 2013, she moved home to Texas with her husband, Brendan, and together they launched Steinhauser Strategies and have partnered with 80+ clients. Randan is a passionate advocate for educational freedom and has worked with many of the nation’s leading organizations to advance school choice reforms.

Randan is a native of South Carolina and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina. She received her M.A. in Communications from Johns Hopkins University. She and her husband are the proud parents of five – including a set of identical twins.
