He is the founder of the Florida Blockchain Business Association, the premier state-focused Bitcoin and Web3 advocacy group, which has successfully championed six pieces of Bitcoin and Web3 legislation in Florida.

As the Founder and Lead Political & Media Strategist at Three Gates LLC, Samuel integrates politics, culture, and frontier technology to drive impactful change. He specializes in the strategic deployment of cryptocurrency and artificial intelligence technologies, advising lawmakers, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders on emerging regulatory frameworks and innovation policy.
