Steve Rowe

Steve Rowe is the Vice President of Development at Texas Public Policy Foundation.  Since joining TPPF in 2019, Steve has been dedicated to cultivating and developing long-term donor relationships throughout Texas to further the mission of promoting liberty, opportunity, and free enterprise in the Lone Star State.  As VP of Development, Steve works closely with senior leadership to create and execute fundraising plans and manages the team charged with raising over $30M each year.  

After high school, Steve attended Texas Tech University where he lettered all four years in baseball and earned his degree in Finance.  After his final season at Tech, Steve began his seven-year playing career with the Texas Rangers which took him to places all over the map including a short stint in Venezuela.

Steve and his wife Monica have four children and live in Arlington, TX.
