Tracy Marshall

Midland, Texas

Tracy Marshall is the Executive Director of Transparency USA, an organization dedicated to making it easy for citizens to get answers about money in politics. She also serves on the boards of 1789 Alliance and Grace School of Theology. Tracy received both her B.A. and her law degree from Duke University. She practiced employment law in the Dallas office of Gardere & Wynne and later with McKenna & Cuneo before moving to Midland, Texas with her family. In 2002, Tracy and her husband Billy helped found the Grammar School at Midland Classical Academy, where she served for many years as Chairman of the Executive Committee. Tracy and Billy have four adult children. Any free time Tracy can find is spent with her family, exercising, and dreaming up ways to bring Transparency USA to even more of the country.
