Wesley Martin

Wesley T. Martin is a real estate developer, private lender and investor born and raised in South Carolina. He represents the interests of a growing group of other investors with an interest in keeping control of property, companies and other financial assets in the hands of likeminded conservatives. He is an autodidact with a reliance on personal relationships and mentorships, along with constant research and reading to expand his knowledge of underwriting deals and how to get them to the closing table.

Born and raised in Florence County, Wesley manages a portfolio of rentals, privately held mortgage notes and land development projects in both North and South Carolina. He spends his free time outdoors hunting, fishing and assisting in the management of sportsman’s clubs. He has been a member of Florence Baptist Temple since childhood, and also serves as a volunteer for the local life-recovery ministry, the House of Hope.
