William McNutt is the Co-Founder and President of Anthem Development, an institutional real estate development and capital markets firm in Dallas. Since inception, Anthem has partnered in several transformative Texas developments, including the first Wal-Mart Reimagined as well as the redevelopment of Dallas Midtown, now planned as the home of the Dallas Mavericks’ newest arena. William also serves as a Senior Advisor (SGE) to the Office of Strategic Capital (OSC) at the U.S. Department of War.
Prior to founding Anthem, William was the general counsel for multiple real estate development groups, overseeing more than $1.5b in AUM. He also worked on the Landing Team at the U.S. Department of Treasury during the Trump-Vance Presidential Transition and remains a contributing member of the Republican National Lawyers Association.
William served for more than a decade as an attorney for the Texas Military Department and is an honors graduate of the Texas A&M School of Law. He resides with his wife and three children in Dallas and they are active members of their church in Preston Hollow.
