Washington, D.C. — Club for Growth Foundation today submitted public comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) urging it to withdraw its proposed rule on climate-related disclosures for investors. The comments highlighted the Foundation’s concerns that the proposed rule displaces the workings of the free market, imposes massive costs on already struggling American businesses and workers, and violates the Administration Procedures Act
