Washington, D.C. – The Club for Growth Foundation has released its latest policy report, offering states a pro-growth economic blueprint for fiscally responsible budgets.
The proposal, authored by 2024 Club for Growth Foundation Fellow Vance Ginn, Ph.D., explores the concept of sustainable budgeting, examines its implementation across various states, and outlines the challenges and opportunities that arise when applying the framework in a high inflationary economic environment. The report offers Colorado, North Carolina, and Wyoming as examples of states that benefit from sustainable budgeting principles compared to the challenges facing California, Illinois, and New York, which serve as cautionary tales of what happens when these principles are ignored.
