David Ray

Maumelle, AR

State Representative David Ray serves Arkansas’s 69th District. He is serving in his second term in the Arkansas House of Representatives and serves on both the Revenue and Tax Committee and the City, County, and Local Affairs Committee. He is also Vice-Chairman of the Joint Performance Review Committee. Prior to being elected to the House, David served as the Chief of Staff to Arkansas Lieutenant Governor Tim Griffin. A 2007 graduate of University of the Ozarks, David has spent over a decade working in electoral and issue politics in eight different states. He has managed two Congressional races as well as two statewide races for Attorney General. David also served as the communications director for U.S. Senator Tom Cotton’s successful 2014 U.S. Senate campaign. He also served as the state director for Americans for Prosperity Arkansas.

David lives in Maumelle, Arkansas, and is married to his wife Jessica. They have a daughter, Charlotte, and a son, William.
